Prior to Booking
Please read the contraindications located under the “Services” page to ensure you’re a good candidate for permanent makeup (PMU). Understanding contraindications is essential for safety, optimal results, and informed decision-making. It helps prevent complications, allergic reactions, and ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards. Awareness of contraindications fosters open communication between the clients and artist, enabling customization of the procedure based on individual health considerations for a safe and successful experience. Please exercise caution when scheduling a PMU appointment before significant social events, as individual healing experiences and timelines can vary.
Retainer Fee
This is an upfront payment or deposit made by the client to secure a scheduled appointment. This fee serves as a commitment from the client and will go towards the total cost of the PMU procedure. It helps ensure the artist's time is reserved, discourages last-minute cancellations, and contributes to the planning and preparation involved in providing a personalized and high-quality service. This is nonrefundable— no exceptions can be made.
To secure your appointment, please send the nonrefundable retainer fee via Venmo to Hiiciindy (last four digits 3843) or Zelle to Browfully.pmu@gmail.com within 24 hours. This fee will go towards the total cost of the procedure. Appointment requests will be canceled if the fee is not received within this timeframe.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards. Payments made with credit cards are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Appointment Duration
For new clients, the procedure is generally expected to last approximately 4 hours. However, the duration can vary based on several factors, including the time dedicated to consultations, the specific technique used, and whether there is any pre-existing work that requires corrections. Clients are advised to consider the possibility of unforeseen complications and plan accordingly for any potential challenges that may arise. Follow ups and touch ups typically take approximately 2 hours.
Tardiness
Please text me at 508-656-0229 if you are running late. Out of respect for other clients, a grace period of up to 30 minutes is allowed. If a client is more than 30 minutes late, they can be turned away. Punctuality is crucial for optimal results so please plan accordingly.
Rescheduling Appointments
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and try to accommodate clients as best as possible. To ensure a smooth process and uphold the quality of service, I kindly ask rescheduling requests be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, a $30 late rescheduling fee will be applied to your next appointment and a second retainer fee is required to book.
Cancelling Appointments
Appointments canceled less than 7 days in advance without rescheduling will incur a fee of 50% of the procedure cost. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows me to maintain a high standard of service and better accommodate the needs of all my valued clients.
No Shows
All no shows will be charged 50% of the total procedure cost. No shows are not permitted to rebook.
Brow Shape Agreement
In the event of disagreement between the client and the artist regarding the desired brow shape, it is essential to recognize that you have chosen Browfully PMU to assist you in achieving your brow goals. I ask for your trust and faith in my expertise, as our primary aim is to deliver results that align with your vision while considering our professional recommendations for the best outcome. Open communication is encouraged to ensure your satisfaction.
Expectations
All services are nonrefundable. It's important to note that healing experiences may vary among individuals, and while I strive for optimal results, specific outcomes are not guaranteed. The success of a procedure is influenced by the technician's expertise, the client's skin characteristics, lifestyle, and adherence to before/aftercare.
Phone Usage
In recognition of the artistic nature of PMU, which demands a high level of concentration, I kindly request that clients minimize phone conversations to avoid distractions. For your comfort, clients are welcome to wear discreet earbuds (not over-the-ear headphones) during their appointments, should they prefer to do so.
Guest Policy
Clients can bring ONE guest (18+ years old) but I kindly request all guests remain in the waiting room to ensure an optimal environment for the procedure. Translators and service animals are the only exceptions allowed in the procedure room, as additional individuals may be distracting to the artist and can impact the client's overall PMU experience.
Firearms
For the safety and comfort of everyone, the possession of firearms is strictly prohibited on the premises.
